Gnomish Printz Custom Order Terms

By placing an order with Gnomish Printz, you agree to provide accurate project details, including dimensions, spelling, colors, reference information, and any other specifications needed to complete your order.

Custom order deposits are applied toward the final approved project price. A final quote may vary from the initial deposit amount based on project complexity, print time, materials, finishing, shipping, and design requirements.

Production will not begin until the customer has approved the final quote and any required remaining balance has been paid.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any files, logos, images, or designs they provide can legally be used for their requested project. Gnomish Printz reserves the right to decline projects that we cannot reasonably or legally produce.

Minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, surface finish, or dimensions may occur as part of the 3D printing process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Estimated completion and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Gnomish Printz reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if a project cannot be completed safely, accurately, or within reasonable production limits.
