Gnomish Printz Shipping Policy

Most Gnomish Printz products are made to order. Processing time will vary depending on the size, complexity, design work, and print time required for each project.

For custom orders, an estimated production and shipping timeline will be provided before production begins whenever possible.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided if available.

Shipping times shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Gnomish Printz’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Gnomish Printz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact Gnomish Printz as soon as possible and include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can review the issue.
